Here’s a quick reference for what order to upgrade gear on your heroes. A few things to keep in mind: This is for the most common tank lineup. When making substitutions, keep in mind “Williams/Murphy” is the equivalent of whichever squad is defense. “Kim/Stet” or “Kim/Stet/Marshall” is the equivalent of your attackers. If you have aircraft as your squad 1, the names will change but the roles are the same when upgrading.
