Slang and Abbreviations Cheat Sheet

There are some slang, abbreviations, and inside jokes that are used within the game and within our alliance. This was created to provide you an explanation for what each of them means. If there is something you don’t see here, reach out to me and we can add it!

Reset –

short for “server reset” or “server reset time”. At reset, the server time ticks over to a new day. People from all over the world are connected in this game, so saying “midnight” or just saying 9pm is inaccurate as server reset happens (at current writing of this) at 9pm EST, 8pm CST, and 7pm PST. That’s 11am in Korea! You can view the current “server time” by looking at the clock in your base, which you can switch between “server time” and “local time” by selecting the clock and using the menu that pops up.

1813, 1824, 1822, 1819, etc. –

This is a server number. Also referred to in the game as a Warzone number. Our home server is 1813. We have many friends in our server. 1824, 1822, 1819, etc are other servers. The Warzone you are in can also be considered the map you are in. When you pan around on the world map, you can see many other alliances and several territories in that Warzone. When you zoom all the way out, you can see the Warzone number as well as the name of the Warzone’s President at the top of the screen. (see picture below, in this case the server is 1813 and the president is [EVHO] ODIN)

Buster Day –

Enemy Buster, Buster, and Buster Day are all in reference to the last day of the VS week. During VS, there are certain activities that are emphasized on each of the 6 days. See the post titled “VS Quick Reference” for more information on that. On Buster Day, we are able to teleport across warzones to attack other players. This is the day that we spend all week preparing for building up troops!

hqhqhq –

an inside joke in our alliance. We have previously gone to war with an alliance in 1813. gaybe rooth meant to type hahaha in a chat discussion but accidentally typed hqhqhq instead, and we use it now as a way to look back on our decisive victory!
